The philosophy

A personal, independent approach. When you book my services, you get me.

I do not arrive with mandatory vendors or a pre-selected team. I work with the officiant, florist, photographer, musicians, caterer, cake designer, and other professionals you choose.

Together, they become your wedding team. From the rehearsal through the reception, I provide the clear direction that lets you and your family remain fully present.

Years ago, I saw beautiful weddings become stressful because no one person was orchestrating the day. I knew there was a better way, so I learned to coordinate and direct weddings.

Now I meet with you, document every detail, visit your site, shape the agenda, and then stage-direct your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception from beginning to end.

Participant counts include the couple, clergy, attendants, flower girls, ring bearers, musicians, and parents. Larger wedding parties, home weddings, unusual events, and additional travel are arranged individually. Reach out for current pricing and availability.

How do I reserve my wedding dates?+

Complete the intake form and pay the $1,000 non-refundable deposit. Your dates are secured once the deposit is paid.

Does booking a preferred venue reserve Teri?+

No. Your venue and wedding coordination services must be booked separately.

How involved will you be before the wedding?+

As involved as you need. We will have one or two detailed planning meetings and a site visit, then communicate by email until your agenda is complete.
